Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience performing custodial duties.
• A current Oregon driver's license.
• Successful applicants must pass a criminal background check and reside in Oregon while employed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors using hand or power equipment.
• Empties trash containers and maintains cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Scrub and refinish floors and wash walls and mirrors.
• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets; dust surfaces and clean whiteboards and drinking fountains.
• Maintain supplies and ensure restrooms are stocked and sanitized.
• Comply with OSHA standards and college policies.
• Communicate effectively with staff and students; participate in team meetings.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality custodial work.
