Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet extractors, pressure washers, etc.
• Maintains sanitary, infection-free facilities by cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
• Disposes of trash and waste as required.
• Cleans interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms daily and maintains supplies.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors and related areas.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and surfaces.
• Provide coverage to additional areas when co-workers are absent.
• Restocks paper supplies and soap in dispensers.
• Mops, strips, and refinishes floors when scheduled or requested.
• Pressure washes exterior items campus-wide as needed.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Locks/unlocks buildings as scheduled; reports safety issues.
