Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus custodial training.
• 6–12 months of custodial experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• All qualifications met by employment

Responsibilities

• Lead Campus Service Workers and temp staff, assign tasks, ensure quality and safety.
• Receive work orders and coordinate with Control Center, supervisors, managers.
• Inspect areas and enforce proper cleaning procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on cleaning products, equipment, and safety training.
• Maintain accurate leave records and comply with university policies.
