Qualifications

• Current compact licensure as a Registered Nurse or IN/KY licensure.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care services.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from clients and assess their needs.
• Provide appropriate clinical options to callers.
• Facilitate referrals to primary providers, specialists, facilities, and community resources.
• Educate callers on immediate care advice and preventative behaviors.
