Job summary

Aerotek in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Production Assembler for the evening shift to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembly and production with hands-on training and room for growth.

You will work Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, earn $16 per hour with overtime available, and be contracted-to-hire after a probationary period. This onsite position offers weekly pay and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work the full evening shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable products and wire harnesses using hand tools.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with small wires, connectors, and components.
