Job summary

Thrive Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs with a flexible, hybrid schedule in Philadelphia. Immediate opening for full caseload or part-time hourly work with a competitive hourly rate.

You will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train parents, and assess client progress while enjoying strong growth opportunities within a warm, supportive company.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Supervision of behavior technicians and weekly training is part of the role.
• Ability to develop individualized clinical programs and monitor effectiveness.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
