Job summary

Thrive Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with options for full-time, part-time, or contract work.

Hybrid remote/onsite work is available in the Philadelphia area, with a focus on real-progress for clients and families. The BCBA will supervise technicians, plan individualized programs, train parents, and assess client progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA/PA credentials required or eligible.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing weekly supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor of behavior technicians with weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs.
• Develop individualized clinical programs and analyze their effectiveness.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia
