You will follow batch sheets, monitor quality, and update the inventory system while maintaining a clean work area and collaborating with teammates. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written instructions must be understood.
• Basic addition/subtraction math skills required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well with a wide variety of people.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and blend product according to batch specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning on blending equipment and containers.
• Transport bulk product using a pallet jack.
• Conduct visual quality checks on bulk product.
• Enter data into inventory control system.
• Read and record product codes and create tags in the system.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report issues to Support Lead.
• Support team to maximize process efficiency and meet production goals.
