Responsibilities

• Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders.
• Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served.
• Remove empty or dirty glasses and dispose of bottles; wash glasses in glass washer.
• Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron; maintain bar station tidy and stock bar as needed.
• Compute bill and accept payments; complete bar inventory log.
• Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order

• Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
• Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
• Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
• Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
• Compute bill and accept payments
• Complete bar inventory log
• Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
• All other duties as assigned
