PepsiCo in Tupelo, MS is hiring a Warehouse Associate to build and load pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will hand-build pallets, follow load sheets, operate a forklift or power pallet jack, and secure loads for transport.

The role requires physical work, attention to safety, and ability to work a fast-paced, hands-on schedule with weekend shifts. Full-time with competitive pay and benefits. Training provided.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical labor.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
• May require forklift operation certification.

Responsabilidades

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area.
