Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass interview and demonstrate friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must have valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain and maintain a license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and project a positive image.
• Assist guests with unloading/loading luggage.
• Process bell tickets and assist with valet requests.
• Escort guests to Front Desk and guestrooms and provide room orientation.
• Maintain clean front drive, lobby, and back office areas.
• Resolve guest issues following department policies.
• Disseminate information about the property, outlets, and promotions.
