Job summary

Compass Health Network in Clinton, MI is seeking an Evening Behavioral Technician to support recovery for adults within residential and outpatient programs. You will provide hands-on care, observe clients, and help maintain safety and daily structure in our inpatient and outpatient services.

The role offers evenings 3:45 pm–midnight, $19 per hour, and opportunities to gain experience in behavioral health, psychology, or social services while making a real difference in how individuals progress

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented with ethical care.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team environments.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during recovery-focused sessions.
• Monitor client safety through supervision.
• Assist with medication logging and self-administration observation.
• Transport clients when needed – driving is a key part of this role.
• Support new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond effectively to crises and participate in regular safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.
