Job summary

Compass Health Network in Clinton, MO is seeking a Behavioral Technician for overnight shifts (12:00am–8:00am) to support recovery in our Residential Substance Use - Adult programs. This full-time role focuses on safety, structure, and compassionate care for individuals on the path to healing.

You will participate in group education, monitor client safety, log medications, and assist transport when needed. A valid driver’s license is required, and Missouri Class E license must be obtained within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance during recovery-focused group education sessions.

• Support new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond effectively to crises and participate in regular safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.

As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands‑on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
