Job summary

Compass Health Network in Clinton, MI is seeking an Evening Behavioral Technician to support recovery for adults within residential and outpatient programs. You will provide hands-on care, observe clients, and help maintain safety and daily structure in our inpatient and outpatient services.

The role offers evenings 3:45 pm–midnight, $19 per hour, and opportunities to gain experience in behavioral health, psychology, or social services while making a real difference in how individuals progress

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during recovery-focused sessions.

• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.

As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands‑on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
