Metropolitan Family Services in Chicago seeks a Clinical Program Supervisor to lead behavioral health services, supervise staff, and drive Community Violence Intervention initiatives across multiple neighborhoods.

The role emphasizes crisis response, case management, and partnership development with hospitals, public safety, and community organizations. Salary ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (required).
• 2+ years of Community Violence Intervention (CVI) experience with at least 2 years of supervision experience (required).
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (required).
• Experience with curriculum/program development and implementation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of behavioral health services within the community and systems; support high-risk crisis responses and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders and behavioral health systems to support program expansion.
• Collaborate with CPRU team to de-escalate and mediate high-tension mental health situations; provide post-crisis follow-up.
• Provide full range of case management, counseling, advocacy, and related services as needed.
• Supervise staff and interns; provide clinical guidance and shadowing opportunities.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and events; ensure 24-hour crisis rotation coverage and contractual requirements.
• Participate in developing unit's annual/long-range plan and budgeting; ensure integrated multi-service approach.
