Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director of Behavioral Health in Washington. Evening, in-person hours Monday–Friday 11:00 am–8:00 pm; must be a licensed therapist. You will supervise clinicians, ensure fidelity, and partner with the Program Director to maintain high-quality care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist in the applicable state.
• Master's degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Engage in leadership activities, mentoring, auditing, and supervision.
• Maintain caseload and oversee clinical fidelity and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on operations and clinical effectiveness.
• Oversee documentation, grievance management, and incident response.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and support workflow improvements.
