Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and provide a structured environment.
• Maintain constant supervision and monitor client behavior.
• Conduct safety checks and document observations in records.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with group activities and therapeutic recreation.
• Prepare and organize client charts and documentation.
• Support crisis de-escalation and incident reporting.
