Job summary

Stairways Behavioral Health in Erie, PA is hiring for a role focused on helping clients advance toward self-determined lives through structured rehabilitation and treatment support. The position includes arranging transportation, supervising activities, and aiding daily tasks while coordinating with nursing and other staff.

Emphasis on crisis support and team collaboration. The job is a non-exempt, 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) with $15.30/hr base pay plus shift differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.

Responsibilities

• Help clients implement rehabilitation/treatment plans with support and information.
• Assist with scheduled activities, transportation, and daily task management.
• Facilitate groups and collaborate with Rehabilitation Coordinator, Nurse and staff.
• Monitor medications and crisis management when needed.
• Gather intake information and support client engagement in services.
