Job summary

The Bellmoor Hotel & Spa in Delaware seeks a talented bartender to join our restaurant team, with availability for PM shifts on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include greeting guests, dispensing beverages, preparing drinks, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and hotel policies.

You will maintain cleanliness, handle glassware, manage prompts for charges, and assist with closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years bartending experience.
• Must meet state law age requirements for tending bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and maintain customer relations.
• Dispense beverages and control service per policies.
• Prepare drinks and ensure proper charging.
• Comply with liquor laws, health regulations, and hotel policies.
• Perform side duties: cleaning, garnish prep, stocking.
• Wash and sanitize glasses and utensils.
• Ensure alcohol is removed from counters before closing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• If Lead: supervise assigned staff in the absence of the supervisor.
