Qualifications

• Prior experience in bartending and/or serving roles preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food orders and deliver meals to guests in the restaurant and bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and restaurant areas.
