Lake Forest Place is seeking a Bartender for the Dining Department in Lake Forest, IL. The role runs 4pm–8pm, 6 days a week, including Sundays, serving residents and guests in the Bistro and Nevins Pub.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar before opening, including preparing drink condiments, ensuring sufficient inventory, and organizing the area.
• Serve beverages and take orders for drinks and appetizers in the Bistro and Nevins Pub.
• Prepare appetizers as ordered and deliver them promptly to residents and guests.
• Correctly charge residents and guests for beverages and appetizers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service.
