Lifespace Communities is seeking a bartender for a part-time role, Wednesday through Saturday evenings (4–8pm). Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, engaging residents and guests, and ensuring accurate POS transactions. Relevant experience and certifications are valued, with compensation tied to experience and qualifications.

The position supports our mission to deliver purpose-driven services to older adults across communities, emphasizing safety, hospitality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to three years of bartender experience in hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Bartender certification preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve bar beverages.
• Control mixing and pouring of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide resident and guest engagement.
• Process transactions accurately in the POS system.
• Store beverages, supplies, equipment, and inventory properly.
• Organize bar and maintain inventory par levels; track supplies needed for operation.
