Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and condiments.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes and perishables.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders.
• Mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks identifications.
• Receives cash, makes change and records charges.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
