Eurest is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at American Airlines, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Online applications accepted only. Night and weekend availability is required; days and hours may vary.

Requirement: two years of leadership and five years of bartending experience. Pay range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour. As a Shift Supervisor you will direct associates, train staff, and manage schedules to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience required.
• Five years of bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests and time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within Eurest.
