Requirement: two years of leadership and five years of bartending experience. Pay range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour. As a Shift Supervisor you will direct associates, train staff, and manage schedules to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
