Job summary

Raines Co is seeking a barback to support the bartender in our Workshop Lounge space. Shifts typically begin around 4pm and can run until 12am, with weekend and holiday work required as part of our full-service hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Experience as a barback or support staff member; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks for guests using suggestive selling.
• Restock liquor bottles and change kegs.
• Assist bartenders with taking customer orders during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean bar and ensure equipment functions.
• Answer customer questions and route complaints to staff.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
