Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barback/support staff member.
• On-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks that support the bartender and other staff members.
• Serve food and drinks for guests using suggestive selling techniques.
• Restock liquor bottles and change kegs.
• Clean bar and table surfaces throughout the shift.
• Answer customer questions and route complaints as needed.
• Engage guests in a cordial and professional manner.

Skills

Ability to operate a computer

Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

Education

High school education/GED
