The Selvedge Bar at Vertice Hospitality in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Bartender & Evening Supervisor to deliver exceptional beverage service while overseeing nightly operations. You will lead by example, combining expert drink knowledge with thoughtful service to create memorable guest experiences.

Working with Guest Services, Culinary, and Housekeeping, you will manage closing procedures, inventory, and shift leadership, ensuring smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience in luxury settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• California Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, tea.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized beverage service and lead by example in hospitality.
• Oversee nightly closing procedures and maintain operational standards.
• Support inventory management and bar team development.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Culinary, and Housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain bar standards, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Ensure safe, responsible alcohol service and compliance.
