Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Aurora, CO is seeking a Bread Production Team Member for a 4:00 PM - 12:10 PM shift to prepare bakery products, follow prep lists, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the bakery. You will work with a team to meet production goals while upholding high standards of freshness and sanitation.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of stock.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP documentation, and equipment safety.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures from -10 to 100 degrees.
• Work a rotating shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
