Qualifications

• 6–12 months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specs.
• Forms, cuts, molds, bakes dough.
• Monitors proof box temps and humidity.
• Checks product against quality standards.
• Completes sanitation and temperature logs.
• Arrives on time and participates in required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains proper storage, rotation, and merchandising of products.
• Follows safety, health, and company procedures.
• Keeps work area clean and equipment maintained.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signs and pricing are accurate.
