Wet Noses Natural Dog Treat Company, LLC in Monroe, WA is seeking a Swing Shift Baker to join our production team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with an $18/hour starting wage. You will help bring our human-grade dog treats to life on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with large-scale food production equipment is a plus.
• Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with raw ingredients and working on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw ingredients according to precise specifications.
• Feed finished dough into the production line.
• Monitor quality, shape, and consistency of treats.
• Keep work areas, utensils, and machinery clean and sanitized.
• Report safety or quality issues immediately.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
