Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate automated equipment on the 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM shift. You will document data per SOPs, assist with line changes, and help maintain quality and productivity in a cGMP/ISO environment.

The role includes training new and temporary staff, following safety guidelines, and supporting continuous process improvements across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment (filling, labeling, packaging) and document data per SOPs and cGMP/ISO.
• Set up, changeover, and shut down equipment; perform minor repairs and uphold quality and productivity goals.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and train new/temporary staff in the department.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and department-specific policies; participate in continuous improvement.
