Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624, seeks an Assistant Head Custodian Engineer for Lincoln (B Building), 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, five days a week. The role oversees an evening custodial staff and performs semiskilled cleaning and maintenance of school interiors and exteriors.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and a Minnesota driver’s license is mandatory. A 2nd Class Boilers License is preferred; Special License consideration will be given to upgrade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in Minnesota.
• 2nd Class Boilers License is requested; Special License may be considered for upgrading if no qualified candidates apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform semiskilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors.
• Supervise and direct an evening custodial staff.
• Work under close supervision of the Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.
