Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in Minnesota.
• 2nd Class Boilers license is requested.

Responsibilities

• Performs semiskilled work cleaning and maintaining school building interiors and exteriors, supervising and directing an evening custodial staff, and related work as apparent or assigned.
• Work is performed under the close supervision of the Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.
