Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) operates Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA, a new 144-bed facility delivering high-quality behavioral health care for seniors, adults and adolescents.

The Assessment & Referral Counselor conducts assessments of incoming patients and responds to requests for services and information as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a modern, EPIC-enabled facility. This evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) includes weekends/holidays and supports compassionate

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred.
• Licensure is required - RN, LSW, LCSW or LPC.
• 3-5 years of experience is preferred, but 1-2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of incoming patients.
• Respond to requests for services and information.
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility using EPIC.
