Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Assessment & Referral Counselor (RN or Licensed Therapist) to join a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The role conducts assessments of incoming patients, responds to requests for services and information, and supports patient care in the evening shift: five 8-hour shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred.
• Licensure required: RN, LSW, LCSW or LPC.
• 3–5 years experience preferred; 1–2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of incoming patients and respond to requests for services and information.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Provide information and referrals as needed.
