Job summary

Eaton's Worcester plant is hiring an Assembler to assemble and pack products per customer orders. The role requires using hand and power tools, following SOPs, and maintaining accurate operation records.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of manufacturing experience, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE. The position offers a Monday–Friday shift with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment
• 3 months of experience using hand and power tools
• Willingness to follow safety and PPE rules

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack products according to customer orders.
• Operate equipment per SOP and maintain operation records.
• Check completed parts against quality standards and adjust as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Support team and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
