Job summary

Focus People in Woodstock, GA seeks dependable General Warehouse Assemblers for a second-shift role. You will assemble components, inspect finished products, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and can handle small components. Background checks and drug screenings are required. Shift starts 5:00 PM or 5:15 PM, ends 3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, with Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with manual dexterity.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Able to lift 35–50 lbs as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Cut, route, connect, tape, and secure components as required.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Package and label completed products for shipment or distribution.
• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with material handling and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Communicate any production or quality concerns to supervisors.
