Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Assembly Line Operator for the 2nd shift to perform disassembly and reassembly of pallet components. The role requires teamwork, precision, attention to quality, and strict safety adherence.

You will handle top or bottom pallet components, operate with pneumatic tools, and maintain efficient production measures. The position is full-time on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 PM–4:45 AM) with pay starting at $18.30 per hour plus a $1.00 hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with production tools such as pneumatic nail guns or similar.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble pallet top or bottom components with precision.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless part integration.
• Monitor assembly processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Report defects and assist in troubleshooting as needed.
