Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. shift, Monday through Friday. You will assemble connector materials, operate tools safely, and ensure products meet quality and delivery targets.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and cross training across assembly areas. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and prior assembly experience preferred. This position may involve overtime to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior assembly experience preferred.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to read English and comprehend simple work instructions.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble connector materials in compliance with quality standards.
• Safely operate tools and equipment within the Assembly department.
• Meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets per work orders.
• Participate in 5S and safety initiatives; cross-train as needed.
• Maintain attendance and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Support overtime as required to meet business demands.
