Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois with RN/BRN license.
• Minimum of three years professional nursing experience.
• Alternative: two years of nursing experience plus one year of related advanced education; BSN/MSN required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and optimal patient flow.
• Provide clinical guidance during staffing and long-range resource planning.
• Participate in staff training and development to ensure consistent clinical knowledge across teams.
• Collect data to identify delays, trends, and opportunities for process improvements across departments.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff, review work, and address grievances as needed.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and management to coordinate care and resource decisions.
