Bitpanda is seeking an AML & KYC Operations Associate to strengthen compliance and mitigate financial crime risks in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will onboard clients, review SoF/SoW, monitor transactions, and request documentation while upholding regulatory standards.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with a 3:30 PM– midnight schedule, and benefit from a generous benefits package, stock options, and ongoing professional development through Udemy courses.

Competenze

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AML regulation and related directives.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency industry.

Mansioni

• Onboard retail clients in accordance with European and British AML regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback to external ID&V providers, remediate issues, and prepare internal reports.
• Perform day-to-day reviews for SoF and SoW, focusing on fiat transactions and low-risk customers.
• Oversee customers' financial activities and identify red flags.
• Analyze retail users' financial data and explanations.
• Interact with customers to request additional documents.
• Conduct regular transaction monitoring reviews and determine if PoF/PoW follow-up is required.
