Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a Supervisor for the LAX airport evenings to lead a team of cart associates in the passenger terminal. This full-time role requires coordinating schedules, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage workflows, monitor performance, handle cash operations, and collaborate with airport staff and vendors. Weekend availability is required, with shifts from 5:30pm to 2:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Airport security and badge process knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities.
• Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
• Perform cart associate duties including collecting, transporting carts, and assisting customers.
• Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
• Explain regulations, policies, or procedures and provide customer service.
