Qualifications

• Previous airport experience in a supervisory or management role (2+ years) preferred.
• Aviation/airport experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft applications, and TEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily schedule operations and collaborate with terminal management on weekly schedules to meet client demand and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee the management of assigned personnel and coordinate with co-supervisors, managers or customers to resolve issues.
• Receive calls, monitor logs, dispatch appropriate team members, and conduct on-the-job training.
• Document employee performance, monitor timesheets, and ensure hours are accurate.
• Prioritize assignments with time management to cover posts per contract needs.
• Provide direction for employees through oral and written communication and follow all TSA and Prosegur rules.
