Spring Grove Recovery Center in Briargate, Colorado Springs, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight in a residential treatment setting. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee workflows, and ensure safe, patient-centered care across all shifts.

The ADON will collaborate with the DON to maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate care, and support staff development in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN licensed in Colorado.
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program appropriate to the candidate's license.
• Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and support nursing operations in a fast-paced treatment environment.
• Leadership, confidentiality, and sound professional judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing leadership and supervision across all shifts.
• Assist DON in daily nursing operations and maintain quality patient care.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff; supervise regular and PRN staff.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Oversee nursing operations in DON's absence and monitor staffing levels.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and ensure patient safety and compliance.
