Cove Forge is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our clinical team in Williamsburg, PA. The role supports patient intake, coordinates with Admission Counselors, and ensures timely processing of admissions during the 1pm–9pm shift, with pay of $16/hour.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, data collection, scheduling assessments, and coordinating with referrals while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One or more years’ experience in healthcare admissions required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new patients and those transporting patients on arrival.
• Coordinate admissions with Admission Counselor and review against admission criteria.
• Schedule assessments for voluntary patients.
• Respond promptly to inquiry calls.
• Handle clerical duties including data entry and answering phones.
• Gather required clinical and demographic data from patients and other sources.
• Assist patients and families in seeking treatment and facilitate registration.
• Ensure timely completion of the admission process and distribute necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with referral sources and transportation for patients.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
