Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exam and evaluation to establish diagnosis and plan of care.
• Provide or direct therapy interventions aligned with exam results.
• Reexamine patients as needed and adjust the plan of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up with care team.
