Job summary

Renville Health Services is seeking a part-time Activity Aide to support evening programming and weekend/holiday rotations. The role involves assisting the Activity Director in planning and evaluating recreational and social activities for residents, aligned with individual care plans and supervision.

The position offers evening shifts (4 pm–7 pm) with a rotation for weekends and holidays, and requires a compassionate, team-oriented approach to help residents thrive in a caring environment.

Join our team at Renville Health Services as a part-time activity aide! This position would work evenings from 4 pm - 7 pm, and would include a weekend and holiday rotation.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Activity Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the individual receiving services' assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.

Salary Range

• Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.12 / hour and depends on previous experience. Evening shifts also qualifies for our shift differential.
• Status: Part Time Evening with every other weekend and holiday (20-32 hours every 2 weeks)

• After 1 year of employment employee is eligible to be enrolled in our 401a Employer sponsored retirement plan, if 1000 hours are reached in the first year and 21 years of age. Employer will contribute 5% of your gross wages into a retirement account and you don't have to match!
