Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ, is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 5:00-7:00 PM slot. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home or clinic settings, under supervision by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation or access to transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training and exam coverage provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to record data and assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain teaching materials and program books.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
