Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have data collection and progress reporting experience.
• Experience applying ABA principles to meaningful behavior change.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field or pursuing one.

Responsibilities

• Provides intensive ABA therapy services directed toward skill development.
• Uses ABA teaching, communication, and reinforcement procedures consistently.
• Attends sessions and completes daily data collection and notes.
• Implements interventions as described in the client’s plan and updates BCBA.
• Maintains clear communication with BCBA and families; adheres to confidentiality.
